would definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday

Comfortable room, friendly staff, well-stocked breakfast buffet made our stay enjoyable. Tanya at the front desk provided exceptional customer service, while the indoor swimming pool offered a great way to unwind after exploring.

A warm welcome from Tanya at check-in instantly set a positive tone for our stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with its variety and cleanliness, while Owen and Dan provided excellent service by bringing out extra berries and hot coffee. The king room was impeccably clean, complemented by comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen that felt like home.

The staff, especially the manager Lewella Whitaker, were exceptional. She went out of her way to provide a wheelchair for my husband when we faced accessibility issues. The breakfast options were diverse and well-prepared, enhancing our stay significantly. The team showed genuine care for guests, making us feel valued.

However, the room could use some updating, as there were minor signs of wear.

the only downside was that the room lacked a safe for valuables but the breakfast buffet was super good with fresh berries and coffee, the kitchen was really handy for late-night snacks and the beds felt like clouds after a long day.

The spacious King Room with Sofa Bed was not only immaculately clean but also equipped with a full refrigerator and a microwave—perfect for storing leftovers from nearby restaurants!

Noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disruptive!!! It would also be beneficial to improve the hot water situation, as not having this basic necessity is disappointing!!!
